As an Integrative Counsellor I work with a holistic, client led approach that takes into account that human beings function in five different but inter-related ways; physically, emotionally, spiritually, behaviourally and rationally. In therapy with myself you will be able to gain self awareness on how these ways are connected and be more integrated and whole.
For the majority of my life I have found great satisfaction in helping people. I have had the privilege of supporting people in a diverse number of ways and have gained extensive experience. This gives me a rich depth in understanding and compassion for every person’s unique experience.
Let today be the day where you get off the autopilot hamster wheel and give yourself the time, space and permission to look at the things that you want to address in your life. This could be yourself, your relationships, the areas, responses, attitudes and behaviours that you want to understand more deeply, amongst others, and then intentionally choose for yourself how you wish to continue to be.
