I went to see Ellen 2 years ago, for some CBT, after having a few panic attacks. Little did I know that I was embarking on a journey of repair, but also of self-discovery and empowerment.
After tackling the panic attack episodes, we dug deeper to understand what were the triggers behind them, and what was causing my anxiety.
This was my first therapy experience, I found it powerful and enlightening, confusing and longer than expected at times but always worth it.
I would recommend therapy to anyone who feels lost and broken, it really does work.
